Bhutan will be participating in the Davis Cup (World Cup of Tennis) for the first time in 2022 as a full-fledged member of the International Tennis Federation. This represents an incredible opportunity for the country to be represented on a global stage. The Davis Cup will be held in Bahrain in October 2022.

The Bhutan Tennis Federation will host an open selection competition in the Round Robin format from June 25-27, 2022 at the National Tennis Centre in Changlimethang to select the best 4 players. This competition is one of the most important criteria in the selection process.
